When extracting data or building reports in the Report Builder, each record contains a type and a status.


Record Type:

1 = Final Record

2 = Draft Record

3 = Auto-Validate Record (test records)



Form Status:

  • 1 = Saved Final without errors - Record Inserted without Errors
  • 2 = Saved Final with errors - Record Inserted with Errors
  • 3 = Record updated without errors
  • 4 = Record updated with errors
  • 5 = Record Unlocked
  • 6 = Saved as draft
  • 7 = Unlocked by edit check during migration
  • 8 = Manually frozen
  • 9 = Manually thawed
  • 10-20* = User defined review levels
    • Bypassed review level status examples:
      • 10 = If this is review level 1, then add 10 (20) to get the same level of review when the record is bypassed
      • 11 = If this is Review level two, then add 10 (21) to get the same review level when the record is bypassed
  • 100 = Record deleted
  • 101 = Record Undeleted
  • 102 = Record Lock Broken - Migrated computed field
  • 103 = Record updated because of computed field change during migration
  • 104 = Subject Migrated to new version
  • 110 = Record resolved with DDE
  • 111 = DDE resolution undone
  • 120 = Record inserted without errors on handoff
  • 121 = Record inserted with errors on handoff
  • 122 = Record updated without errors on handoff
  • 123 = Record updated with errors on handoff
  • 124 = Record saved as draft on handoff
  • 150 = Record inserted from import
  • 151 = Record updated from import
  • 160 = Table rows inserted from web service
  • 161 = Table rows updated from web service
  • 170 = Table Row deleted
  • 180 = Medical code field updated by medical coder
  • 190 = Record updated with inventory item



*10-20 are reserved for the study designer to use in the study configuration review workflow. These identify the review level status. The final review level would be a record that has gone through all stages of the record lifecycle.

Example:

10 = Monitor Review

11 = Data Manager Review

12 = Investigator Review
