If users have study-specific questions or need direct support of a study, the study provider or Administrator should be contacted. If the provider has configured the system to include a contact page, it can be found under the Account menu on the website.



For study providers and Administrators:

The contact us page within the system is used for study builders to customize a web page through build web page which gives contact information for study Administrators.  Issues like protocol questions and data entry questions are good examples of placing contact information in a readily-available place within the system.
