Audit changes to Subject CRF data are the base audit functionality. If selected, the system will audit changes to the Subject case report forms and report on those changes in the Form Audit Table as shown in the following figure.


The system will also report all changes to the Subject Audit Report as shown in the figure below.


When the configuration option, Audit all changes to Subject CRF Data is selected all changes are audited including insert, update, and delete.
