Site users are able to directly send custom messages to patients via email and/or app notifications through the Subject Notifications page.

Keep in mind, these manual notifications will only go to patients who have downloaded and logged in to the TrialKit mobile app. Automatic notifications on the study will go out via email as well.

To send manual messages or notifications to patients, select the Subject Notifications app under the Subject menu.


Once open, you can filter (item 4 below) by site or note type. Individual messages can be send by clicking the link (item 1 below), or group messages can be send by selecting the Group column checkboxes and clicking the Send Group Notification link (Item 2 below). Past messages can also be viewed by clicking the link (Item 3 below).
