Site users are able to directly send custom messages to patients via email and/or app notifications through the Subject Notifications page.
Keep in mind, push notifications will only go to patients who have downloaded and logged in to the Clinical Studio ePRO mobile app. Likewise, emails will only go out if there has been a patient email provided somewhere within the CRFs. This is dictated by the Study Manager.
To send messages or notifications to patients, select the Subject Notifications app under the Subject menu.
Once open, you can filter (item 4 below) by site or note type. Individual messages can be send by clicking the link (item 1 below), or group messages can be send by selecting the Group column checkboxes and clicking the Send Group Notification link (Item 2 below). Past messages can also be viewed by clicking the link (Item 3 below).
