EPRO is baked right into Clinical Studio and Trialkit. In other words, simply including the forms in the study like you do all other CRFs will make them part of the study. There are two ways forms can be deployed directly to patients:

1. Scheduled Visits - When an ePRO form is part of a regular scheduled visit interval, the patient will have access to that form within the entire visit window configured for the corresponding visit. The system will notify the patient directly based on how the ePRO Notifications are configured for the study.

2. eDiary - For forms that are not part of the visit schedule, an alternative method is to collect forms on a specified interval (e.g. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc). These are stored in the database as log forms under the corresponding patient's records.
