What if I am having issues or receiving errors when using the Android or IOS mobile app


Answer: 

Check the following three items:

1) Check if a pending update to the TrialKit app is available in Google Play or the Apple Store. If so please run that and keep it up to date if possible.

2) Check if there is a pending Android or IOS version update for the device itself. 

3) Verify you are connected to the internet on the device.  Data cannot be saved offline in TrialKit. This is for user privacy reasons, so lost or stolen devices do not store data.
